 Multi-Sensor Tracking Systems

Even when Marschall Acoustics Instruments' GeoAcoustic Intrusion Detection Systems are effective, they may be even better when they are combined with other sensors. Our range of sensors covers the majority of the vast range of energy emissions and backscatterings known to science – and some that are only beginning to be explored!

Applications for combined systems include:

Sensor groupings can include air acoustic sensors (microphones), hydrophones, vibrational particle velocity component sensors, low frequency electromagnetic sensing (active and passive), variouspolarizations of broadband electromagnetic energy (active and passive), infrared, optical, and nuclear radiation sensors.
Processing and data fusion of these sensor inputs can range from relatively simple man-in-the-loop systems to those having quite significant levels of artificial intelligence.
Telemetry and data communications can be hardwired, radio, ultrasonic link, optical link, or some combination.  Common carrier telephone, mobile telephone, and satellite links can also be employed.  Telemetry links can be encrypted/coded for error detection/correction, privacy, and authentication.
